  Air Pollution

Smog hanging over cities is the most familiar and obvious form of air pollution. But there are different kinds of pollution some are visible, some are invisible that people introduce into the atmosphere that has damaged effects on living things and the environment is considered air pollution. Carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas, is the main pollutant that is warming the Earth.
Other greenhouse gases includes methane which comes from such source as swamps and gas emitted by livestods and chlorofluorocarbons ( CFCs ), which were use in refrigerants and aerosol propellants until they were banned because of their deteriorated effect on the Earth's ozone layer. Another pollutant associated with climate change is Sulfur dioxide, a component of smog. Sulfur dioxide and closely related chemicals are known primarily as a cause of acid rain.
Industrial countries have worked to reduce levels of sulfur dioxide, smog, and smoke in order to improve people's health. On a larger scale, governments are taking measure to limit emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases.

Giraffe

Giraffe are one of the world's tallest mammals. They are well known for their long necks, long legs, and  spotted patterns. Giraffe have small "horns" or knobs on the top of their hands that grow to be about five inches long. These knobs are use to protect the head in fights. The giraffe's height also helps to keep a sharp lookout for predators across the wide expanse of the African savanna.
Male giraffe are larger than females. Males weigh between 2,400 and 3,000 pounds and stand up to 19 feet tall! Female giraffe weigh between 1,600 and 2,600 pounds and grow to be 16 feet tall. Giraffe live about 25 years in the wild. Giraffe population are relatively stable. Giraffe can be found in the central, eastern and southern Africa.
Giraffe's live in the savannas of Africa, where they roam freely among the tall trees, arid land, dense forests and open plains. Their long necks help giraffe's eat leaves from tall tress, typically acacia trees. If  they need to, giraffe's can go several days without water. Instead of drinking, giraffes stays hydrated by the moisture from the leaves. Giraffe's are non-territorial, social animals. They travel in large herds that are not organized in anyway. Herds may consist of any combination of sexes or ages.

Halitosis

Halitosis, or is commonly known as bad breath, means that you have an unpleasant smell on your breath. Other people would notice when you speak and breathe out. The exact number of people who has bad breath is not known, but bad breath or halitosis is common. Most people have bad breath after a night sleep. Which is normal to us and it occurs because the mouth tends to get dry and stagnate overnight. This usually clears when the flow of saliva increases soon after starting to eat breakfast.

It has been scientifically tested that most cases of bad breath come from debris (bacteria or germs) that builds up within the mouth. As the bacteria break down proteins and other debris in the mouth, they release foul-smelling gases. Chemicals in foods can get into the bloodstream, and then be breathed out from our lungs. Most people are familiar with the smell of garlic, spicy foods, and alcoholic drinks on the breath of the people who have recently eaten or drunk these. Other various foods, medicine or drinks can cause bad breath. This type of bad breath is just temporary and can be easily cured by not eating food.
Dentist has highly recommended us different brands of toothpaste. As we see in television,  there is an advertise about toothpaste and mouthwash. So in order to prevent bad breath just use mouthwash everyday and every night. And to brush our teeth daily, two to three times a day. And see your dentist every month to ask guidance about dental problems.

    The Death of Lolong

The death of Lolong is tragic. While the exact cause of Lolong’s death is still being investigated, scientific studies have shown that captive animals die younger than their wild counterparts. Lolong suffered and died because people wanted to make money off his captivity. Lolong spent his last 18 months alone in a concrete pen, instead of in the Agusan Marsh, where he belongs. Crocodiles are fascinating animals with complex and multifaceted lives. They communicate using aural, visual, tactile and olfactory cues, and their courtship rituals include body postures reinforced with odor from paired musk glands. They are nocturnal and, in their natural homes, feed primarily at night. Crocodiles shun contact with humans, and captive crocodiles like Lolong never become “tame.”No zoo can come close to providing what even small crocodiles need, much less a crocodile the size of Lolong.
Crocodiles are hardwired to roam freely, seek out mates, and hunt for food. These genetic imperatives are compelling, and the way that they are fulfilled in the wild cannot be replicated in captivity. When you consider the immense size and strength of Lolong, there is no doubt that being contained in a cramped enclosure caused him extreme distress and misery. PETA hopes that this incident will motivate the government to move away from capturing animals from the wild in order to keep them locked in cages and specifically look at the case of Mali, who has already been accepted into a sanctuary where her life expectancy and happiness can be increased but has yet to be allowed to move.
After confirming the death of Lolong in the Philippines, Guinness World Records has "returned" the title of the largest crocodile in captivity to an Australian saltwater crocodile. Guinness World Records as of Wednesday morning listed Australia-based Cassius as the world's largest crocodile in captivity.Cassius was the record holder in that category before it was displaced by Lolong in 2012.The Guinness World Records site described Cassius as an Australian saltwater crocodile, and currently the largest crocodile in captivity at 5.48 meters, or 17 feet and 11.75 inches. It said the Australian saltwater crocodile is “the largest and most fearsome of today's species.”"Specimens can live for more than 100 years, can grow to 7 meters and weigh more than 1 tonne!" . Also, it said Cassius is about 100 years old, is thought to eat humans, and is the largest crocodile captured alive in Australia."He was brought about 3,200 km from Australia’s Northern Territory to Green Island in 1987, by truck," it said. On the other hand, Lolong had been described as a saltwater crocodile, which measured 6.17 meters in Agusan del Sur. "He was measured by experienced handlers in his custom built enclosure at Bunawan Eco-Park and Research Centre, Philippines. Lolong's weight was also measured at a nearby truck weigh-bridge and verified as approximately 1075 kg," it said.

    HIV

Some people experience signs and symptoms of HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus), as soon
as they become infected, while others don't. When they occur, early signs and symptoms are often mistaken as for flu or mild viral infection. Initial signs and symptoms of HIV include: fever, headache, tiredness, nausea, diarrhea, and enlarged lymph nodes in the neck, armpits, or groin. Any symptoms from becoming infected typically resolve in one to four weeks.

HIV destroys the white blood cells that are required to fight infection. As the white cell count falls to dangerous levels, numerous diseases and infection will emerge.  The CDC (Centers for Disease Control) says the following the following signs of symptoms may be a warning signs of       late-stage HIV infection: rapid weight loss, dry cough, recurring fever or profuse night sweats, profound and unexplained fatigue, swollen lymph glands in the armpits, groin, or neck, diarrhea lasting more than a week, white spots or unusual blemishes on the tongue, in the mouth, or in the throat, pneumonia, red ,brown, pink, or purplish blotches on or under the skin or inside the mouth, eyelids or nose, memory loss, depression and other neurological disorders.
As you can see, the signs and symptoms of HIV infection are similar to those for many different viral infections. The only way to know for sure if you are infected with HIV is to be tested. Many people infected with HIV don't have any signs and symptoms at all for many years.

    How to Cook Dried fish

When it is raining, we will starve. We feel sleepy or tired. And the best thing to do, is to eat dried fish with rice and vinegar. But to those who are very hungry, but they don't know how to cook dried fish. Let me teach you how!
First of all, we need to wash our hands. Then prepare your favorite dried fish, frying pan, oil, spoon, plate and spatula. Next, wash the dried fish but not too much or it won't be tasty. After we wash the dried fish, we need to use the frying pan  to cook it but before that, get the frying pan and put it at the stove, then use a spoon for the oil. Turn on the stove. Put the one spoonful of oil to the frying pan and the heat should be low. Then put your dried fish into the frying pan and use the spatula to move your dried fish or to turn it. After that, turn off the stove and finally put the fish into the plate. And it's finish!

Just a friendly warning, don't eat the fish without rice. Although  it is more delicious eating the dried fish without rice but, it can cause disease to our kidney. So if you don't want your kidney to have a disease, then eat the dried fish with rice. And it will be so nice if we will share it.
